We’ve leased 6 cars from ANH-TR, and we continue to do so. They have always treated us with courtesy, they are knowledgeable and often proposing options and other perspectives to consider. Never have I ever spent 12 hours (on 3 consecutive days) at a dealership for an oil change, an alignment, and a rear door stay support shock. My truck has All terrain tires and it started to vibrate aroun at a dealership for an oil change, an alignment, and a rear door stay support shock. My truck has All terrain tires and it started to vibrate around 60mph. Since the truck was due for a regularly scheduled maintenance visit I went to the website and found that there was a Toyota dealership closer than the one I purchased the car from. First problem was that the website made it seem as though I only had a few choices of services to choose from. No problem I selected oil change and alignment. Apparently no one reviewed the diagnostic report. They performed the alignment (even though it was not needed and the oil change). I started on a Wednesday and decided to wait at the shop. It took 4 hours for these two services. When I got the car back I noticed that the same shake was happening. I wonder who test drove the car to verify it was in good shape. The paperwork I got had a print out of the adjustments the numbers showed a slight, minimal improvement. Both the service manager and the service agent both commented that I didn't need an adjustment at all. Which raised the first question: Why perform the alignment if they knew that it wasn't needed at all? Very unethical to charge me $120 for that. First day total was $227. The truck still drifts to the right so no improvements on the road. I took the car back the next day and was told that the tires were the cause. I felt cheated. However the agent calmed me down by promising me that they would detail the truck for free. The detail did not clean the pollen and dirt from the door frame or places like behind the spare mounted on back. When we got home my wife noticed a part on the floor (a piece designed to keep the glove box door from slamming open) That they knocked off. I requested them to fix the rear door shock that was broken, and that I wanted them to put the piece back in. The agent said she would order the shock and to come back in the morning to pick up the part. The part was quoted at $85 ,so I said do it. I called to check if the part was in the next afternoon and was routed to the parts department. The guy picked up the phone and asked me for an invoice number. I was never given this so he checked my name and number and found no parts were ordered. He asked who ordered it and I told him the name of my service agent. He scoffed and said 'no wonder' and I needed to ask her because the part was not there. I went down to the shop and asked to speak to the manager. He came back an hour later after we spoke initially and said the part WAS there. So the service agent brought it to us and told us that we could come back the next day to get it installed for the cost of parts only. She said that the part was missing some pieces. Another failure. We came back on day three and waited another 3 hours for them to install the shock and re-install the piece that had fallen off. Thinking I was clear and finished, the service manager was checking me out and gave me a bill of $173. I was shocked. The service agent had quoted me $85 and I wanted to know where the extra $90 came from. He said they needed another bolt ($30) and 2 brackets ($55) plus tax. I was getting upset. The service manager simply told me to talk to the agent. She had nothing good to say about the situation. She offered us to have the truck detailed for no cost. I still felt cheated even though a detail from them cost over $100. I will never come back to this dealership, will always tell my friends, family and the public not to do business here. More
This dealership is very professional and seem to have every Honda model available in the color and year of your choice, whether used or new. Sales rep (JaMorris Ford) was knowledgeable and very helpful working through the process. He followed up afterwards to make sure we made it back home after the purchase. The financing rep was a bit to helpful working through the process. He followed up afterwards to make sure we made it back home after the purchase. The financing rep was a bit too pushy regarding the extended warranty - we weren't interested and have now learned to make that clear from the start with the sales rep rather than when it comes down to wrapping up the final paperwork and writing the check. We purchased a brand new Honda Pilot in September and have had nothing but issues. Most recently we opened the hidden storage compartment in the trunk to find it has completely molded where moisture is coming up in it from the road. When we called the service manager he told us we would be responsible for getting our own rental vehicle. WHAT? The vehicle is 4 months old and it is molding and WE are responsible for a rental? RUN don't walk away from this dealership! More
