I first went to this dealer to get a diagnostic test on my car. The representative was very helpful, gave me some tips to help alleviate the problem, and advised me to return for the rest if things did no my car. I returned to do the diagnostic a few weeks later for my own peace of mind. The diagnostic was done and a few maintenance issues were identified, but nothing as serious as my fear of a transmission problem. The previous service I had in April 2022 was horrible. I was very relunctant in bringing my 2019 Honda Accord in regarding radio issues. April 2022 I was told I needed a battery. The battery was purchased I was very relunctant in bringing my 2019 Honda Accord in regarding radio issues. April 2022 I was told I needed a battery. The battery was purchased, but did not solve the problem. I was then told I needed a new radio, despite me saying, "I am sure its wiring issue." I purchased the radio, which lasted 4 months. When I dropped my vehicle off at Autonation Thorntorn Rd, I revealed I was having the same issues as in April. Jacob was awesome. Jacob kept me posted throughout the entire process. Come to find out, I needed an antenna. Of course I was pissed because I wasted money in April that was not needed to spend. My experience with Jason was totally different than what I experience with the manager and the female who assisted me. Jacob I appreciate all your help and all the workers in the service department should take a page out your book in assisting clients. More
