Jacob was very friendly and helpful. He and the mechanic technician showed me what made the flapping noise under the car and provided a temporary solution for the day. He was very polite, kind, and very informative regarding what services I well need for my next maintenance. Also, I would like to say I really appreciated throughout the time my car was being serviced by the mechanic Korrin kept me informed by letting me know when my car would be ready.
