Bad communication skills, had to order a kit which helps in replacing a timing chain, repairs delayed I was told they were too busy, tech called out the next day and a week later had to take back check engi in replacing a timing chain, repairs delayed I was told they were too busy, tech called out the next day and a week later had to take back check engine light came on . Despite showing up 15 minutes early and being told I was "next in line", I had to wait over 2 hours before they started the oil change and the tire rotation on my car.
