Although not immediately greeted or acknowledged, Mr Gripper saw our confusion, excused himself from his client to greet us and direct us to the vehicles we sought. Great salesman and nice manager. They do need to quote how much the extended warranty cost is before you get in with the financing manager. We were told it was around $1500. We weren't expecting it to be so much. We did buy it, but we're not happy with the price. More
