Joseph listened to me and clearly understood I was there only for an oil change. He quoted the special that was being offered. He also managed my expectations stating my wait would be 1.5 hours - which I only for an oil change. He quoted the special that was being offered. He also managed my expectations stating my wait would be 1.5 hours - which I think is unreasonable for an oil change! This was not his fault, it was a staffing issue. All in all the service was performed, Joseph was understanding, BUT I arrived at 127p and left at 330p. That is unacceptable for a simple oil change! I expected to be in and out. I would recommend this center but suggest having a clear understanding of the length of wait before making your decision. More

Joseph was my service writer and he wasn’t pushy, but informed me on somethings that might need to replaced in the future. The techs do a good job on the oil change.
