Car sluggish to start, recommended I purchase a new battery which I did for peace of mind which I agree with. However problem is still persisting and service writer agreed that car started a bit slug battery which I did for peace of mind which I agree with. However problem is still persisting and service writer agreed that car started a bit sluggish when HE started it, yet made no additional recommendations. Now several days later I WAS STRANDED CAUSE GOD xxxx CAR WOULDN'T START. . thank you very much for not taking extra precautions or using your expertise to tell me that oh it started pretty abnormal. IT'S LIKE THEY JUST WANTED ME OUT OF THERE!!! I would have appreciated additional recommendations into this matter at the time. Also noted that the paper work says customer didn't want 2 items done which those 2 items were never addressed to me. This is based only on one visit. But don't let that deter you from visiting this place. I would give a 5 start for the rest of my MANY visits. I suppose they can't all be great. Oh well. This is still my go to location. They do great work. Friendly staff. I'm frustrated but I mean it that they've been awesome every other time. Thank You! More

Well, within 24 hours of calling for a service appointment, I had one, thank you John. David in service, checked me in, addressed my concerns and identified other issues. Add on services were graciously granted and all services were completed in a very timely manner. I am grateful, very appreciative of the service and treatment I received. Except for foregoing a complimentary car wash due to frigid weather, I was good to go. A military discount was also granted that I also greatly appreciated. More

Setup an appointment for recall on my Ridgeline. They confirmed my appointment the day before. I get to my appointment, wait 10 minutes in waiting area before they come and ask if I am here for recall. confirmed my appointment the day before.
