Apologised for not washing vehicle - due to staff shortage - but waiting area in front was very busy with presumably sales people and others with no customers! Don't know how you structure your organization but to the unsophisticated onlooker you had staffing in the wrong departments! Appears to me that customers are captive once sales are achieved!
