Was promised a full detailed cleaning since they didn’t have a chance to clean the car before selling to me but I’ve called a handful of times, emailed the sales team and keep getting crickets or being told they can’t schedule without talking to their supervisor and then the call drops or the supervisor is unavailable when they transfer me to them. These guys are great! Quick nice clean efficient. But…. I made a huge mistake. They had my car all day just for an oil change. They never called to say it was ready a Quick nice clean efficient. But…. I made a huge mistake. They had my car all day just for an oil change. They never called to say it was ready and when I called to check it went to VM. So I just showed up at closing time and they said it was ready for pick up 6 hrs earlier. I left frustrated. HOWEVER it turns out Casey DID call with his VM showing up on my phone the next day! No clue why Verizon glitch creates this. So my accusing the service team of not communicating was wrong. It was not their fault! I felt terrible because they WAIVED THE SERVICE FEE due to what they thought was their error. I have called ( three times) and left a VM for Mitch to thank them, explain and offer PAY my what I owe! Sadly no call back🫤. I guess I’ll just have stop by and pay in person. And apologize (I was kinda rude). More
I've always been treated very well there - the staff is considerate and let's me know what needs to be done and when. I do not feel take advantage of or treated like an idiot when I'm there (I'm a woman an considerate and let's me know what needs to be done and when.
