Met Reiko at the Fairgrounds during a "event" - she was the only person on ANY lot that asked if I needed help as I was looking for a truck (men had no problem getting help). So I latched on to her and was so happy that I did. She went out of her way to be helpful in answering questions (she's an Acura specialist), but did a great job with the Ridgeline. She even introduced me to the person on the Ford lot as I had to check into the F-150, and was met with a less than enthusiastic reception by their sales person. I guess I didn't look like a serious buyer to anyone but Reiko. I compared the pricing of the Ridgeline to a different dealer at the event which was slightly lower, and Reiko and Appleway met my price! I was delighed to work with her - she phoned to schedule appointments for the sales and financing of the transaction, and worked schedules at my convenience; coming in on her "day off" to help complete the transaction. I could have finalized the transaction with the financial pesona, but Reiko wanted to be there to be sure all went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and transaction. I am now almost one-year post sale, and she still drops me notes just to say hi, and how she can be of help for warranty service, etc. A small problem with the chrome finish on the grille presented, and she coordinated with the service advisor supervisor to get the truck in and taken care of immediately. I honestly think that Appleway Honda and Reiko Johnson should be the model and benchmark for customer service and satisfaction without being overbearing and annoying, as so many dealers are. I have had my car serviced here for a number of years and I always have experienced knowledgable, friendly and compentent service staff. The work has always been to my satisfaction and completed within the timeframe that was quoted. I also find the prices reasonable. I give credit to Jim Freet for the outstanding job he does for training his staff and truly understanding customer care. I would not take my care anywhere else for service. In addition I just bought a new Honda and sought out Steve Talbott. He had sold me my last car and I was so impressed with how I was treated by him the last time that I went back to him specifically. He knows the product, is not pushy and is very helpful even after the sale. I highly recommend him to any of my friends when they are looking for a car. More

We used the Costco Auto Program at this dealership, and it was a really good experience. It's definitely the way to go when buying a new car, very straight forward.
