We found our dream car. We had the financing. All we needed from them was to hold it for us for ONE day. They didn't do it. Not only did they not hold the car for us, they sold it. Then didn't tell us they sold it and continued to deal with us over the phone and via e mail like everything was right on track for us to come get the car. They finally came clean about they situation when I was getting ready to drive 250 miles to pick up the car. Neither Tyler or his manager had the testicular fortitude to tell me they already sold the car, they had someone else within the dealership call me and tell me they sold the car. I do not recommend this dealership for a new or used car. More

Over all I was very pleased. Tyler was great in answering questions and dealing with my concerns. He knew his product. Tyler Pisani was very helpful finding a 2012 CR-V EX-L in a color/leather combination we couldn't find anywhere in the state. He eventually told his manager who found it in Montana, no less. I mentioned that there was a smoke smell when I was buying the car. Jerry only said that he didn't notice it. When I got it home, it definitely had a bad smell. They told me what I might do about it. what they fail to realize is that my next vehicle is going to be a Honda Ridgeline. I absolutely will not be buying it from Appleway Honda. They can't show the customer they care with a used car sale. It's too bad because Appleway is the closest Honda dealership, but definitely not the one with the most customer concern. Even though Reiko was the Acura Internet Manager, she was the one who responded to my emails through Appleway Honda's website (Honda and Acura share the same lot). She helped me with the whole sales process. It has been about two weeks now since I bought the Honda Fit Sport and I'm in love with the car.
