They told me what I might do about it. what they fail to realize is that my next vehicle is going to be a Honda Ridgeline. I absolutely will not be buying it from Appleway Honda. They can't show the customer they care with a used car sale. It's too bad because Appleway is the closest Honda dealership, but definitely not the one with the most customer concern.
