And doing it without a price agreement and then they lied about getting the approval. And so they forced them to pay the cost before getting there car back. Who would agree to put 4,000 into a car that they could only get 3,000 out of? Why wouldn't a person sell the car for three thousand and take the four thousand and buy a car for Seven thousand. Most people would not, and thats why they are Liars and thief's. Do not take your car here they are full of it and will rip you off. Not only did they do the work without cost approval they also charged over 1200.00 more than quotes we received from other service departments, for the exact services done. They will be receiving a call from our Lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and since we have done business with this terrible company in the past, buying six different cars and had plans for a new 2014 I guess they lost out on sales along with both my wife and I being local business owners, I guarantee they have lost out on a whole xxxx of a lot of Sales in the future!! This is the second time our family has had a problem with this service department , luckily the first time I a man was there to handle it. If you have to use these worthless pieces of @#$! make sure the man of the house is the one who deals with it. More

I had a great experience! Everyone I encountered was friendly and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company and these guys to work with. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. First off, my sales person, Jon Fogal was very professional and I did not feel any pressure from him to buy a car far the best experience I have had. He had good follow-up and was able to answer all of my questions, again (and I cannot stress this enough) there was no pressure!!! Through my employer, I had an amazing deal to buy a Ford. When I was ready to buy, I told Jon what Ford would do for me. He left for a bit and came back with the sales manager Russ. Russ introduced himself and said that they would be more than happy to match the offer, there was no going back and forth to fight for a good deal. I felt like they really wanted to earn my business and was not the typical buying experience that you dread going through. I also did my homework on my two trade-ins. I looked up the trade-in values and expected the typical low balling, but they offered higher than trade-in value. I asked for a little more and got it. Joshua Evans, also in sales, helped me once as I looked at cars on the lot three different times. He treated me with the same great attitude and respect that Jon did. I have had my new car for a week now and I love it. To sum it up, the team at Appleway Honda gave me a great price on my new car, very good trade-in values, no hassle, no pressure, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great buying experience and NO BUYERS REMORSE!!!! Jon Fogal would even return my calls and texts after hours and on his day off. If you want a great car and a great buying experience, then you need to see Jon or Josh and BUY AT APPLEWAY HONDA!!!!!!!!! More

To start with I went to look at a car that was advertised on the internet. After test driving and voicing my concerns and not sure I wanted that vehicle as it was Xay and Mark showed me a vehicle that was on the internet. They were very patient with me as I struggled in my own mind about commiting to payments. They worked hard to get me the best possible interest rate and were good in helping me make the decisions that were right for me. I had a couple of small issues with the car but they were great in getting the car in right away to fix the issues at no charge. More

We found our dream car. We had the financing. All we needed from them was to hold it for us for ONE day. They didn't do it. Not only did they not hold the car for us, they sold it. Then didn't tell us they sold it and continued to deal with us over the phone and via e mail like everything was right on track for us to come get the car. They finally came clean about they situation when I was getting ready to drive 250 miles to pick up the car. Neither Tyler or his manager had the testicular fortitude to tell me they already sold the car, they had someone else within the dealership call me and tell me they sold the car. I do not recommend this dealership for a new or used car. More

Over all I was very pleased. Tyler was great in answering questions and dealing with my concerns. He knew his product.
