The BEST experience! AMAZING! Found the car I wanted, pushed the "Get best price now" button, John Richey emailed me within minutes with a price. Contacted 5 more Honda de AMAZING! Found the car I wanted, pushed the "Get best price now" button, John Richey emailed me within minutes with a price. Contacted 5 more Honda dealer in E & W WA asking for their best price, didn't share any of the prices I had been given with any of the dealers. Automation Honda was the lowest! No grief or hassle, John was a pro, kept in touch with us for a week. Someone else bought the car we had chosen, he kept an identical car at the same great price until we could make it in. Ronny in finance was great too. Parts department gave us a better than internet price on Weathertech mats + a 15% discount, then upgraded our order and did the install. Totally a no hassle experience, THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY 63 YEARS! I would highly recommend them and would go back again More
Extremely poor customer service after sale On 1/24/2019 my husband and I purchased 2 vehicles at Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley. We worked with a wonderful salesman. (Joshua V.) It was all On 1/24/2019 my husband and I purchased 2 vehicles at Autonation Honda in Spokane Valley. We worked with a wonderful salesman. (Joshua V.) It was all downhill after that. We were pressured into buying vehicle and tire protection plans. The very next day we drove 125 miles back to the dealership to deliver the title to the car that I traded in. We also told them we wanted to cancel those protection plans. It took over a week and a bunch of phone calls to get them to send us the cancellation forms. I waited several more weeks before I followed up to see if the policies had been cancelled. As of Feb.25, 2019 the policies have not been cancelled because the person I have been dealing with hasn't bothered to do her job correctly. (Michelle F.) So...buyer beware. More
Worst Dealer and Horrible Customer Service Worst car buying experience ever! Finance doesn’t know what they’re doing. Employees don’t communicate with each other. Negotiated for the purchase Worst car buying experience ever! Finance doesn’t know what they’re doing. Employees don’t communicate with each other. Negotiated for the purchase of my vehicle and the date we were to arrive to sign documents. Provided all documents required prior to arrival since my husband (also on the loan and registration) could not fly into Washington (we live out of state). I get there and Brian, Finance, is not there and did not communicate ANYTHING to Micaela, Finance Mgr on duty. So I have to provide the documents AGAIN. We almost couldn't take possession of the vehicle that day. We spent 5 hours at the dealership. Two weeks later, Micaela emails me asking when is the lender going to send payment. I am already frustrated since Brian and Micaela have obviously not talked to each other. The instruction by Brian was that they would send the lender the Purchase Agreement, Title Application and a fedex envelope so the lender could send the check. My attempts to receive a call back from these people are useless. They don't answer their phone, reply to emails nor call back to say sorry about the mix up, everything was taken care of. I had to find out from my lender. One month later, we are still waiting for our license plates. I attempt to call Micaela and also reach out to the Washington DMV where the DMV office says that the dealership has had my plates for 2 weeks!! No call from anyone that they had my plates and they had assured me they would mail it. Their customer service and communication are the worst! There is no follow up. When we call and leave a voicemail, no one returns our calls. They only want to bring sales in but, after they get you to buy, you are on your own. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More

No Customer Care required Paid a visit on a Friday and found a great deal on a 2016 Toyota Camry SE. Right away I was wanting to purchase after test drive. Signed some papers Paid a visit on a Friday and found a great deal on a 2016 Toyota Camry SE. Right away I was wanting to purchase after test drive. Signed some papers to reserve and was going to show up on Monday with a cashiers check to pay for it. Received a call on Monday to inform me that it was 'accidentally sold" on Monday. The guy even put on a "Reserved" indicator on it. I then called the manager (Jeremy) and asked him "How badly do you want to regain my trust and business"? He replied "very badly". I then countered and asked him to reduce the price of a Subaru Crosstrek that I had also test driven on Friday. He quickly refused. The requested reduction was a mere $4,000. I would have even gone $2,000 less but he did not even entertain the offer. How's that for "customer care"? You have instilled my belief that car sales is a racket and we have no reason to believe that you care about the customer. This review will spread via social media like the flu. Spokane is NOT a big place and your reputation is already tarnished by the reviews I've read. More

Service Mgr John is an unhappy person I have been going to Honda Service in the Valley for years. I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle ad did not have my vin number from a car that I have been going to Honda Service in the Valley for years. I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle ad did not have my vin number from a car that has been serviced there numerous times . I needed the Vin # to aid the salesperson in trade value. John was arrogant and defiant saying that my name wasn't in system. The salesperson mgr and myself went to him three times, spelling out my name - yet he was adamant and rude stating I am not in the system. His ego got in the way of offering good customer service. Eventually my name was found as he spelled it wrong and gave me the poorest excuse of an apology I have ever heard. Rude service = No business to them More
dishonest ways of getting more money from you than you agree I first had a very bad experience with Autonation in 2013 when I leased my new civic. They wore me down and got me to agree to a deal, then after several hours of hunger and exhaustion, I signed. As they rang up more and more hidden charges I watched as my decent deal became a tragic loss. When I protested some of the charges, they went out and took off the mudflaps and removed the floor mats and trunk liner. Not having learned my lesson and 3 years later, I gave them a chance to beat another dealers best offer on a purchase. They beat the offer slightly and I was happy that the deal included a pay-off of the civic so that I wouldn't have to pay extra mileage fees on it. That was the original deal that, once met by autonation, convinced me to buy my SUV from them. Satisfaction just wasn't meant to be. A snake is a snake and it bites. Three months later I received a bill from Honda for just under $400 for the mileage overage that Autonation had assured me they would take care of. They denied any knowledge of the deal and told me that they had "lost so much money" on the original deal that they needed to "make up" the costs somewhere. More

The truly above and beyond service came when our salesman helped load tires into my dads truck at his house while getting my car to trade in. Not expected at all-and he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty. It was thoughtful and very much appreciated! We came to look at a used vehicle and I left with a brand new car! More
They Don't Care About The Customer Purchased a used vehicle in November 2016, within a week of purchase, had one repair and issue after the next. Returned vehicle to dealer for expected Purchased a used vehicle in November 2016, within a week of purchase, had one repair and issue after the next. Returned vehicle to dealer for expected service, resulting in no service since I had already had to have multiple items repaired. After sales emails from the salesman and GM, I let them know about the various issues, no response...bet they would have responded if I wanted to purchase the 2nd car they were trying to sell me. Horrible disregard for the customer and their experience! They do NOT value their customers!!! More
