August 22, the day after I wrote my review (above) I received a call from Russ Norman. At first he wanted to pay for part of my repairs. I told him I wanted to return the car. I brought his some receipts of all the repairs to date and photos of the damages. He called me that afternoon and said they can take my car back in as a trade in for the price and the cost of some of the repairs. Today AutoNation Honda and I found a very good resolution to my above problem. They took my car back in as a trade. They helped me find a really good car and gave me a good deal. They went above and beyond with the new warranty and their service. I was very upset that it took so long to obtain a final solution and I had to go to extreme complaint measures to get the service I should have initially received. Thank you Russ Norman for all of your assistance in this matter and I really appreciate you listening to me and resolving this. I feel so much safer now! Thank you Meg for your fine service in assisting me in finding a much better car. I can now say, I would recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone, but if you have an issue, do not give up and be resolute if you firmly believe something needs to be resolved. I've very happy this has ended well. Thank you!
