Apologised for not washing vehicle - due to staff shortage - but waiting area in front was very busy with presumably sales people and others with no customers! Had a great experience at Autonation honda Spokane Valley when we bought our 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid! Was greeted immediately when we walked in, and ended up walking out with a new car! We were surprised the when we bought our 2022 Honda CRV Hybrid! Was greeted immediately when we walked in, and ended up walking out with a new car! We were surprised they had any inventory at all. The financing process is like buying a house now (haven't financed a vehicle in a long while), but was a good experience. Got the car despite having our credit frozen. Not sure how that came about, but it got unfroze the following day and the loan went through. Had the first (free) service last month, basically for them to say Hi and me Hi back. Best part about that was NO waiting. Other dealer service centers are weeks if not months out, and they are understaffed due to Covid. One final thought, our salesperson (can't recall his name) said he would get us a free tank of gas as the car we traded in had a full tank. I haven't asked about it, but he has not followed up reminding me to come in and get my free fillup! From below, don't know who Jerry Bick is, and he was the only option on 'Rate People You Worked With', so rated him 3 stars. Glad we bought from Auto Nation Honda Spokane Valley! More
