We had an emissions problem with our Honda CRV and I called service and talked to Anthony, he was great and told us to come in the next morning, when we arrived at service John was there, I told him abo called service and talked to Anthony, he was great and told us to come in the next morning, when we arrived at service John was there, I told him about the issue, told him Rodney told us to come in, got Anthony’s name wrong and he was rude to me, asked me if I had appointment in front of other customers and said no one makes appointments for him, he only stopped when Anthony came over and told him he had talked to someone and set up a scan for us. Anthony was great, scanned our Honda and squeezed us in and got the Honda fixed for us the same day. We had worked with John a lot before, but I will never contact him for any service needs again. We will contact Anthony to discuss any other maintenance needs we might have, he also apologized to me for the way John had acted and talked to me. More
