I always bring my car here for interior service and repairs because I like the peace of mind having a full inspection and seeing proof behind any needed repairs. Also just a clean and nice place to ha repairs because I like the peace of mind having a full inspection and seeing proof behind any needed repairs. Also just a clean and nice place to hang out while it’s being repaired, and the staff are always nice, and they threw in a free car wash! More
I am a senior and am often in the mountains or countryside with spotty cell service. I have relied on Autonation Honda for 16 years to keep my vehicles in good condition. On a Sunday when my pas countryside with spotty cell service. I have relied on Autonation Honda for 16 years to keep my vehicles in good condition. On a Sunday when my passengers and I were cold, tired and 40 miles from home my car was completely dead. The battery was so completely corroded that the connecting parts had fallen off. It had to be jumped directly to the engine. My last service showed the battery was OK. Parts had to be ordered and there were no courtesy cars available, so I had to spend $355 to rent a car for 8 days. I wrote an email to Justin Rogers who was listed on the internet as the Honda Manager and received no reply. One of your representatives asked to do a trade-in evaluation and I said OK. He never got back to me so I can only assume my car has not been kept in good enough condition to have good trade-in value. I have been told in the past that my pistons are slightly worn down but my car should do just fine for the expected Honda miles. This happened because when I heard an engine noise some years ago, I was told everything was OK. For this current instance I paid over $1,000 in repairs and service and was given a cover story that I know is not likely because of the amount of corrosion and damage. This does not breed confidence. I was a block away from the dealership when I realized that my readout screen was blank. I pulled over and after some trying was able to restore it. I was only 4 miles from home in heavy traffic so did not notice until the next day on my way to an appointment that my speedometer was dead. These things should have been checked before I ever left the dealership. The ONLY bright spot in this entire fiasco was that Mark, the Maintenance Manager was very helpful and customer friendly in getting the speedometer problem solved. Needless to say, my doubts are many when considering Autonation in the future. Pete's Honda has been highly recommended to me as being reasonable and customer caring and has very good reviews online. This is a matter of peace of mind for me and my mind is not at peace. More
Nick is an amazing communicator. He also has great customer service. He is personable, down to earth, has followup (don't feel like you lose him when you drive away). Answered questions honestly and patiently (I had a lot of them) and had knowledge of cars period. I would definitely recommend him. More
