Our overall experience was close to excellent. Service staff were friendly and professional, especially Taya, who went the extra mile to get to know us and explain the work on our car. However, we had a bit of a surprise to find the lift gate top interior panel and the brake light electrical wire-rubber grommet not reinstalled. Easy enough for me to do that. Since I came back to Spokane, I have always taken my Honda to Auto Nation Honda of Spokane Valley. The staff is amazing, and they are never pushing the things I know I don't need.
