A check engine light came on in my CRV and I read the code and brought it into the dealership because I believed it was indicative of a big problem. They charged me $90 to tell me my oil level was full a code and brought it into the dealership because I believed it was indicative of a big problem. They charged me $90 to tell me my oil level was full and low oil usually causes the problem so I was good to go. $90 to read my dipstick. I’m leaving with zero confidence that my car is truly safe and I have to drive 400 miles tomorrow with a fear that something is about to go terribly wrong because they didn’t look deeply into my issue.
