And even though it was a used car so they don't negotiate on the price, Mike still went and asked the manager anyway if there was anything we could do! I would recommend Mike Magee with AutoNation Honda for any first time buyer. It made a stressful experience just so much easier. More
The dealership is great at selling vehicles, not so great at servicing them - in my experience. The first manager I talked to following my last review told me he would offer a loaner car if he could have mine to work on for a couple days - he never called me back - come to find out he no longer works there. I bought a Prius 2012 from this dealership in 2019 and have been taking the car there for regular servicing ever since. My past experiences were great! However, my last service appointment was substandard. The service team missed the multi-point inspection so I asked the service agent to complete it. The car was returned to me shortly after with a hand written service summary showing that everything in the inspection passed the test. As I left the leadership, the TPMS light came on. I reported my dissatisfaction to the dealership. A manager followed up with a call and suggested that his manager will follow up with another call to remediate the issue. It's been almost a month and I have yet to hear from the dealership. This is rather unusual because my past experience here have been great. More
