I was a bit put off at the 2 hour delay that was initially not communicated to me until I asked about an hour in, It was then explained to me that the call center had over booked them and they were initially not communicated to me until I asked about an hour in, It was then explained to me that the call center had over booked them and they were also down a couple of associates. I was fine once I knew why the delay. Upon completion it was made aware they would be picking up the cost of my service that day due to the delay and poor communication. I was not expecting and did not ask for this freebie, but they insisted. this is one of the reasons I continue to come to Auto Nation Honda. they are the best, Thank you More
