I took my Honda Pilot in to replace the windsheild washer container and some wiring and a couple small items.. They got it done in record time. I am a women and usually when I tread into MAN Territory, things get testy, Not here.....was very helpful. Will use them again for oil changes and anything else that comes up. I had another auto place to give me an estimote to do this work was going to be $1300.00 , here I paid $500.00 !THANK YOU to Rose Ann and the Service Manager, as well as the guys that did the work!! Earlier this week, my 2019 Honda wouldn’t start as I was ready to leave our house to run errands. My husband suspected a dead battery, was able to jump start the vehicle, and I drove immediately to the Corp ready to leave our house to run errands. My husband suspected a dead battery, was able to jump start the vehicle, and I drove immediately to the Corpus Christi AutoNation dealership. I was met by my favorite service rep jimmy piehl who assured me the car Would be checked out immediately and the problem resolved. Less than two hours later, despite what looked like a pretty busy schedule at the dealership, I received a phone call at home that the car was ready and it was indeed the battery. Jimmy reviewed the warranty with me, I paid the bill and resumed my day in my newly washed vehicle! We are a Honda family and I am never disappointed with Autonation repairs or maintenance assistance…nor the vehicles we have driven over the past 30 years. Chris garcia More
