Just moved to Corpus Christi and needed a Honda dealer for servicing. Made an apmt with no assigned Service Advisor, but later received an email from Stephanie Flores. So, upon arriving, I asked for her for servicing. Made an apmt with no assigned Service Advisor, but later received an email from Stephanie Flores. So, upon arriving, I asked for her and Jesse told me he would handle my service. First concern was that although I had an apmt it would take about 2 hours for an oil change! I also provided Jesse a coupon for an oil chg and wiper replacement. After the two hours I saw my veh ready for pickup so I asked for Jesse and was told he had gone to lunch. I proceeded to the cashier and she told me she had my paperwork but was working on another order. The cashier had a hard time with my order because of the wiper replacement and how to handle the cost. After a while she was able to prepare my final order and cash me out. However, in reviewing my paperwork, all I had was the actual payment receipt and no other notes on my 21-point checkup referencing an issues or current conditions of my veh tires, battery, fluid levels etc.. Usually that checkup sheet listing the condition of my veh is included in my cash out paperwork. Almost after a couple of hours Jesse did come and tell me that it was recommended, I do fuel injector service and a couple of other recommended services and declined until next visit. I asked Jesse if my veh was ready and he said they were working on the wipers, but almost done. As mentioned above, after a good while I saw my veh in the ready for pickup lane and found out Jesse had gone to lunch, so I asked the cahier and had the cashier paperwork billing issues. Recommend you dedicate bay(s) for oil changes and simple maintenance or dedicate that scheduled appointment time for that service. Also, someone should have reviewed the results of my 21-point checkup to assure me that tires, battery, brakes, belts, all fluid levels are okay. Also, use your texting to let me know my vehicle is ready for pickup and proceed to cashier, don't leave me hanging.
