The staff and service were great! The service tech was pleasant and very informative. The shuttle drive was so sweet and accommodating with all the customers she was giving rides to. The service department left my truck in disarray after changing a tire, I even asked if they put all equipment back in place and they said they had. Very disappointing as I am elderly and these things are changing a tire, I even asked if they put all equipment back in place and they said they had. Disappointed. . had a part that was not fasten correctly was dragging as I picked up speed while driving after being serviced. Scarry. Could of gotten into acciden . had a part that was not fasten correctly was dragging as I picked up speed while driving after being serviced. Scarry. Could of gotten into accident AND NO balance of tires after rotate tires it had 60 thousand plus miles. Had to take car back TWICE for those 2 things. I feel Honda and/or technicians are cutting corners, and rushing to skip certain services to get more cars in to service and or please hire more technicians. This is the first time I have had any problems with Corpus Christi Honda Dealership. 2nd time going back for those 2 problems Jill took care of me without added cost to me. More
