I took my honda pilot in for recall work. I made an appointment and brought it in early. I waited for it at the dealer. It seemed like it took a long time but in less than 2 hours it was don I made an appointment and brought it in early. I waited for it at the dealer. It seemed like it took a long time but in less than 2 hours it was done. I was waited on by Chris a very young but knowledgeable guy. It turned out to make some recall work with a few filters and the car was done. It was also wash and look very nice when i pick it up. Chris call me later and told me I lost 20 dollars as it fell out when i was paying him. A young man with class and still old fashion as no one else would have called about the money. Hard to find people who are honest and work hard to make sure your car is done and on time and fix to your satisfaction. More

The staff and service were great! The service tech was pleasant and very informative. The shuttle drive was so sweet and accommodating with all the customers she was giving rides to. The service department left my truck in disarray after changing a tire, I even asked if they put all equipment back in place and they said they had. Very disappointing as I am elderly and these things are changing a tire, I even asked if they put all equipment back in place and they said they had.
