I had a tire that was in terrible shape and the dealership that I typically go to was booked for at least 2 weeks out. I scheduled an appointment at the Honda location and as soon as I arrived I wa dealership that I typically go to was booked for at least 2 weeks out. I scheduled an appointment at the Honda location and as soon as I arrived I was greeted by JESSE VASQUEZ. He informed me that there was a bit of a wait and that I could leave my vehicle or wait if I liked. I told him I would leave the vehicle. He called later to let me know what other issues I had with my vehicle. He was very informative on my options and I didn't feel pressured in purchasing items right away. I will definitely be coming back to this location. More

I've been working with Service Advisor Jill for +r- I've been working with Service Advisor Jill for +r- ten years. Jill more-R-less educated me as she allowed the internal Honda dealership process I've been working with Service Advisor Jill for +r- ten years. There are very few if any problems on time of completing or quality of service. They handle the problems internally. More
