I was able to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and the vehicle I wanted without any hassle. However, I had a problem with the finance manager when I signed the final paperwork. I had told him that I did not want any extended warranty extras, but I agreed to the tire and rim package. Because of an ear infection, I could not hear him well when he mentioned dent and interior protection. I thought he said they were included in the price, but he actually added them to my bill. I did not notice the extra charge of $1398.00 until several days later when I reviewed the documents. I was very disappointed and frustrated by this mistake, as I did not need or want those protection packages. More
