When taking delivery of the truck the make ready department needs addressing there detail process will cost them money due to the damage the cause in there process. In my case they damaged window trim with a electric buffer, they covered the rubber trim, windows, paint with some cleaning compound and will not come off, the rear view mirror is coming off due to being loose, this was not corrected. They removed a bug deflector and assuming they some kind of chemical and it ran down and has damaged the headlight lens’s. As for the finance department they were awesome and very helpful in addressing my questions.I will be addressing More

Mark Santos is the man. He took the initiative to reach out to see if I was ready to upgrade from my 2020 Honda Civic Si. Having already place an order from an out of town d He took the initiative to reach out to see if I was ready to upgrade from my 2020 Honda Civic Si. Having already place an order from an out of town dealer, I was reluctant to reply, because every dealership that I talked to was doing $8,000-$13,000 markups. After about 2 hours or so, I figured I’d reply thinking I would have nothing to lose. I asked him 3 questions….What color is the car? When will it arrive from transport? Do you have a ridiculous markup? To my surprise, I received 3 very convincing answers. I met with Mark at the dealership after I got out of work, and we had a deal done in about an hour. I also had the pleasure of working with Jordan Henley from the finance department. Timing is everything. Mark reached out at the most perfect time, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Picked up the Civic Si 25 days after deal was done. I was very satisfied with the experience, and I’m loving the car! More
