This dealership has always been top shelf for customer care and you can't ask for more than that. The people know what they are selling and more importantly how to take care of business after the sale. Th care and you can't ask for more than that. My car is in for all it's scheduled maintenance and the few unexpected things that crop up. The service advisers seem to greet you on sight whether you are appointed with them or someone else. They listen to your concerns, explain what can be done and get your servicing started. Today, Travis Bussin was my service adviser and he took care of all my concerns and eased my mind about something that was no issue at all and even took time test drive with me and my wife. I thought he was very good at what he does. That's not to say the others are less in responding because they too have treated me just as well. Today was a day that needed this note to say Thank You Courtesy. More
When I arrived to the dealership for an oil change on my 2003 Hyundai Elantra I was greeted by Brandon Knauss. After asking if I habeen to the center before (it was my first visit) he directed me to the waiting area where he encouraged me to help myself to some popcorn or bottled water. Gary Mancuso was the Master Tech who serviced my car. He changed my oil quickly and then took the time to check the car out. He escorted me into the service area and explained what it was that he was looking for and his findings. He also gave me an idea of what the cost would be to fix the suggested issues, and a guideline as to how important it was to get them taken care of and in what order/time range. (I wanted to know what he suggested needed to be done immediately and what I could put off later.) I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain not only the importance of each of these things, but also the potential consequences of not correcting them. (Most were pretty basic maintenance issues: tires, a new belt, figuring out why my red airbag light was on, etc.) I didn't feel at all pressured like he was trying to sell me their services or convince me to buy the parts that day, which confirms the fact that I will definitely be going back when I do have the issues corrected. He was very knowledgeable, but still explained everything in a way that I could understandand didn't get frustrated with my questions (which I'm sure were a little bit ridiculous.) I know they were having a very busy afternoon, and I could see the cars lining up, but I didn't feel rushed like I have at other car shops. Gary checked all of my fluids (refilled most of them....and reminded me that I needed to be checking them myself too in between oil changes. He even showed me where to look under the hood to do that (yes, I really we that clueless when it comes to cars.) The price was roughly the same as an oil change at some of the competitors I have visited after getting coupons in the mail. The service, however, was far superior. I will definitely return for my future car maintenance and will highly encourage that my friends do as well More

Dropped in to have a spare key made. Said they would not make the key unless I had the title or registration with me. Told them the car was in for an oil change but they didn't care. Checked with David Maus around the corner and there is no such law. Checked with three locksmiths in the area and they thought I was mental. I've had many spare keys made in the past and no dealership has EVER given me the grief of this place. I can't believe that any organization would go so far out of their way to destroy a relationship with a past customer. And I DO MEAN PAST!!! When this Civic Hybrid reaches its time to go, that's the LAST Honda I will ever own. More

I stopped in the service dept today(1-9-12)and spoke to Kyle about a small problem I had with my 2011 CRV. Although it wasn't a real problem I needed some help replacing the front bumper skin after I backe Kyle about a small problem I had with my 2011 CRV. Kyle said that he would take it into the back and see if there was something one of the service guys could help with. In about 10 minutes he returned and it was replaced and I offered to pay for the repair but I was told no thanks that is what our dealership was about helping people in need and hoped that they would pass on the word to other perpective customers that Courtesy Honda takes care of their customers. Please believe me if I lived in this area I would buy my next Honda from Courtesy Honda after being treated so special. I am passing through your area from Seattle, WA where I have purchased a total of 13 cars over the years from the same dealer in Auburn, WA, I have kept going back to Hinshaw's Honda because they also know how to treat their customers.
