From the moment I arrived to have my Civic serviced for the first time, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and enthusiastic service team member. He got my name and had my service advisor updated in mi the first time, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and enthusiastic service team member. My car’s service was completed in under an hour and for the first time ever I was explained the maintenance requirements for my car. I did not purchase my car from them originally which I now know was a mistake. Everyone was so nice and made me feel like a very valued customer.
