Robert Breedlove (GM of Autonation Honda Sanford ) and William Johnson (Sales Manager - Honda Sanford location dealership) sold me a “Certified and Inspected” Ford Expedition 2015 last Monday. I took the William Johnson (Sales Manager - Honda Sanford location dealership) sold me a “Certified and Inspected” Ford Expedition 2015 last Monday. I took the Vehicle back within 3 days of purchase. After taking my son to the hospital we realized that it has an issue with Vibrations throughout and they refused to accept the vehicle back. They deemed it “safe” for my son (15 months) and my pregnant wife. A week later, the AC system Has gone out. I have reached out to corporate and everyone has continued to refuse to take responsibility and Cancel the Contract after multiple requests and even the auto finance bank stating they (Robert Breedlove and his Dealership) CAN cancel and have the power to do so if requested by the consumer regardless of their policies. Their dealership is a fraud and they scammed us a into a “certified” vehicle and will not take back this vehicle as requested dozens of times. They lied to us and we so not want this vehicle AT ALL. The Representative sales person from there Paula had even asked me If I wanted my trade in Vehicle back since I wanted to return the Expedition and when I took it, they refused to do anything. Their solution? Fix it or buy the vehicle back from me. Excuse me? You can’t sell something “certified” then expect a client to be fine with a “fix” when essentially you lied to the client and that is NOT what I am asking for to begin with. I am asking for hem to take back what they falsely sold me as a certified and safe vehicle. These are two serious issues in less than a week of use. What else was neglected? And to buy it back from me and have me accept a loss?? They are not to be trusted. The worst part is They expect us to drive our baby son in this and that it is “safe” while in less than 100 miles it is all starting to show it should NEVER have been cleared for a sale until Properly Inspected and FIXED. More

Beautiful dealership, had tons of very nice seating areas with movies and with water for all the guests.
