That was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time. We came in to AutoNation Sunday morning first thing. I was dreading it so we got there early… so early we arrived before they opened a long time. We came in to AutoNation Sunday morning first thing. I was dreading it so we got there early… so early we arrived before they opened. The sales manager greeted us at the door anyway, and Mike D’Agostino came out to show us the CR-V I wanted. Mike was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. He explained everything, answered every question, and sat with us as the financing was being arranged. Amyn walked us through the financing in no time and made that process A LOT easier than I expected it to be. He even got a better rate than my bank had offered me! All in all I walked away with the car I wanted, had a painless experience, and will be coming back for service when I need it, even though this particular shop is a bit out of my way.
