Very, very unhappy with the service. it took 3 hours to do an oil change and install 4 new tires (granted, I could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere). I had t ask 3 times and no feedback, so the forth went outside and ask the rep what's going on, told him I never waited so long. He complained that he was overwhelmed with work. I really don't care if he has a lot of work or not, this is not my problem, I have enough of them. I am sure he is getting paid well. I have a couple of issues I need to be quite honest. First, I called monday 18th around 1 am, to ask a question, then I called 9 other times, and #10 I left a message to a voice mail (rep Love). and I never got a call back. I called schedule department to see if they can get me someone and he was not able to, but said that he will make sure that someone will call me back.I never received a call. 1) invoice says the car was washed / vacuumed and that is false. 2) on an oil change, don't you top off the liquids, for example: wiper fluid, brake fluid, ete.? The power steering fluid was low, the wiper fluid was 3/4 empty. the inspection report says all s good 3) I told the rep, to make sure they check the A/C filter as I have allergy, and he never told me if needs replacement as the report says needs replacement ASAP, the report says needs wipers, rep never asked me if I want to change wipers 4) he only ask me if I wanted to replace the radiator fan, which does not turn on., he said it would cost $830. I believe he said that. I told him no way, that the fan motor cost $49. dollars. I had to seek another mechanic, which cost me less than half 5) they did not put a sticker showing me when I need to change oil again. this is very important for me as I am very forgetful at times. 6) i was looking at the new cars and no one ask me if i needed help. conclusion: a) company lost $ (wipers, a/c filter, and fan replacement) b) company lost a potential new car buyer (me) c) company potentially lost a really good client d) if the liquid missing, wiper fluid, power steering, etc why I was not ask if I would like to purchase them? especially power steering fluid, which I could have gotten into a serious accident. e) why did the rep put on my invoice that the vehicle was washed and it was not??? f) why did the rep put on invoice that I declined wiper blades, a/c filter ??? I am sorry I have so much issues, but one thing I can't accept is lying to me. Especially, when it comes to the safety of my family. also I would like to add, not one employee said good morning nor even smiled. this was my past visit went super, but this time was the worst visit I ever had. suggestion: a) retrain employees on customer service. (this is something they should know when working with customers. b) maybe incentive them for excellent reviews, and/or employee of the moth c) use Publix supermkt example: when I visit my publix, everyone says good day, good morning, etc or how is your day going, or did you find everything you needed, etc d) have your service supervisor take a walk around and ask customer waiting if they are ok. and even let them know that there is coffee available, etc. e) your sales department should be more attentive and ask all customers looking around at the cars, if they need help. f) if anyone needs replacement, then let it be. g) Childrens and other areas needs up lift, messy, dirty, old furnisher, etc. I guarantee that you will increase sales, as what you need is that customers give you good reviews and word of mouth.
