Excellent service. Went in for my Honda's schedule oil change. Upon the multi check inspection, noted the condition of the car and found that a slow leak on the tire, t Went in for my Honda's schedule oil change. Upon the multi check inspection, noted the condition of the car and found that a slow leak on the tire, that was due to a nail, had damaged the tire over time pretty severely. Luckily the tire protection came in handy once more and I was able to get a tire replacement free of labor & material. Thanks Mike for the advice on adding tire protection to my purchase for these instances. The service rep courteous and respectful manner is always good & welcoming, which I highly appreciated. I have been using this dealer for more than 10 years. The service experience is very bad this time. I dropped off my car for oil change and didn’t hear from them till the next day. I left messages with no response. Finally I got a call explaining that the car needs other repair and got a car to use for another day. I got a quote with the price I pay. Then I was told I need to pay $600 more. This is not professional. The manager is not honest More
