I have been using this dealer for more than 10 years. The service experience is very bad this time. I dropped off my car for oil change and didn’t hear from them till the next day. I left messages with no response. Finally I got a call explaining that the car needs other repair and got a car to use for another day. I got a quote with the price I pay. Then I was told I need to pay $600 more. This is not professional. The manager is not honest More
