I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in need of having their Honda serviced. Juan was my service provider last visit and he did an excellent job of taking care of my vehicle and following u need of having their Honda serviced. Many times, a service call means that you will be 'hit' with many things that they tell you that you need. That is NOT the case here. I have been going to this dealership for many years for my service ne with many things that they tell you that you need. That is NOT the case here. I have been going to this dealership for many years for my service needs, and they have always treated me fairly. Also, I told them that I would be waiting for the car. I was told that they would get me out as quickly as possible. I was only there for an hour total. Great Job! More
I took my Honda Fit for an inspection and maintenance. My car is now running much better. I am very happy with the work done. My only complaint is garbage was left on the floor of my backseat. A quarter stick of butter in it's wrapper was smashed onto the floor with some of the butter on the carpet. Disgusting and unprofessional. I tried to call the dealership to complain but it's impossible to get a real person on the phone. More
I am not a fan of car shopping. I have historically dealt with overhyped, annoying sales men and the experience feels pressured and overly complicated. Dee and Edwin at Autonation Honda of Sanford delivered such a different experience. Dee was warm, informative, attentive to my concerns, and because I was dropped off, she even offered to drive me home if I decided the vehicle was unot for me. Edwin, the finance manager was calm, transparent, eager to meet my payment needs, but again with no pressure either way. I know it’s a business but I did feel like I was treated like family. The five day return policy added to the level of comfort I felt in purchasing. I’m extremely happy with my experience & very happy with my pro-owned Landrover Discovery.
