Hello Mindy! We are very sorry to hear the frustration you experienced with us not being able to help you get rid of you current vehicle. Normally, we are able to make offers on customer's vehicle no problem. However, we are a part of a large corporation called Autonation, and they control many aspects of what we are able to do at a store level. This way all ethics and treatment of customers is uniform across the country's 250" AN dealers (like us!). We have been instructed to put a hold on customer vehicle purchases and we are sorry that was not explained to you with better clarity. We are very glad however, to hear that Coggin's policy allowed them to take care of you -and in just 15 minutes! Wow!
