Today (09-03-2011)I finally felt comfortable enough to buy a new vehicle. Prior to today's purchase, the last time I purchased a new vehicle was over 10 years ago. Jody Bass has been working with me for over a month now trying to find me a used Pilot (2009) but we were not able to find one that had 4-wheel drive. He called me immediately when a 2011 arrived at the dealership. Not only was the vehicle a 4WD model, it was also the correct color I was looking for. Bottom line, Jody Bass went over and beyond my expectations of what to expect from a new cars salesman.
