Bob Garcia carries the title Customer Adviser and he is a very good adviser. In my opinion his title should be changed to CUSTOMER ADVOCATE. When my 2007 Odyssey threw its Harmonic Balancer with only thr very good adviser. In my opinion his title should be changed to CUSTOMER ADVOCATE. When my 2007 Odyssey threw its Harmonic Balancer with only three weeks and 2,700 miles left on its drive train warranty Bob went to work for me. Even though that part wasn't listed as a covered item Bob called Honda and ADVOCATED for me. The result was Honda covered the item. I feel strongly that was the right decision but it is a decision that would never have been made without Bob Garcia my CUSTOMER ADVOCATE. Did I mention this all happened on a Sunday! Amazingly enough and coincidentally enough the following week this very same car developed an issue with the timing belt tensioner. Again not listed as a covered item. CUSTOMER ADVOCATE Bob Garcia worked his magic by making multiple calls to Honda. Once again he got the job done. I agree with Honda's decision and was blown away that Bob took the time to use his knowledge of the Honda organization to my benefit. End result? My next car will be a Honda, purchased from Courtesy Honda and Bob Garcia will see to its service needs. Thanks Bob, thanks Courtesy and thanks Honda. More
We purchased an Accord from Courtesy Honda app. a year ago. It is a great vehicle. We also have the vehicle serviced at this dealership. We enjoy owning our Honda and will probably (if they keep up the good service, design, reliability, etc.) purchase another when it comes time. However, when we purchase a vehicle we establish a relationship with a dealer. So far Honda has proven not only to make great vehicles (first one in the 1980s), but have excellent customer service as well. Thanks Adryunne! More
Friendly Courteous service. We purchased a vehicle at Courtesy Honda. Rick McCallum greeted us at the entrance and was eager to help us. When we returned to the dealership, Rick worked with Sales Manager Dwayne Lyons and got us a great deal on our vehicle. We were then assisted by Finance Manager Eddie Santiago who quickly helped close the deal and get our paperwork done. Dwayne Lyons even gave us a great deal on new brakes for our new Ford SUV at the Service Center. We would strongly recommend Courtesy Honda of Sanford to our friends and neighbors. Great Job Guys. My husband, our son and I had a very pleasant experience buying our new Honda Fit at the Sanford Honda Courtesy dealership. Our sales person was Sam Baradhi who did everything he could to make our shopping experience as pleasant and stress free as possible. We received a very pleasant and polite demeanor from Sam. He wasn’t pushy (which we hate about other car dealers) and was eager to answer all our questions in a friendly and professional manner. He offered us drinks and snacks while we were looking at cars, he was eager to listen to our offer and talk it over with his manager when we discussed the price, he helped us unload the old car and move all our stuff into a new car. He helped us feel relaxed like being around a good friend. Excellent customer service! Our finance manger was Eddie Santiago. He showed high professionalism and a very good knowledge of his business. He offered us all possible warranty options and explained in detail all the advantages of those warranty options. Though we were not going to buy any additional services, after Eddie explained us the advantages of the oil change service, we decided it was a good deal and bought a three year oil change service. It was a good deal! What we liked about Eddie is that he was very polite, professional, helpful and was eager to spend all the time necessary to make us satisfied with the service we were getting. Both Sam and Eddie provided us with an excellent service and called us several times afterwards to check on us and our new car and see if we were satisfied with everything. I had looked up the Edmunds numbers, and got a better deal than the Edmunds numbers. I was impressed, as the 2012 Accords have just come out. Sam worked with me to make sure I got a color and feature model, as they had a very good inventory to look over, and worked all the details. Unless you really think you enjoy haggling, I would recommend Mr. Baradhi and this dealership for any Honda automobile you are considering. First contact to finish, I was treated like an old friend, no problems, no tricks, no BS. When I went in to finalize the buy, Eddie Santiago Worked with me, pointing out some options I had not considered, worked the numbers hard for me, and finally pointed out that Honda had a 0.9% finance offer, that even though I was going to pay cash, saved me some more money. a Honda, at a super price, and more savings after the buy. Mr. Santiago also was up front, no pressure, took time to ask for and answer my questions, and bottom line, put money back in my pocket. I have dealt with most of the local Honda dealers over the years, am a long time Honda/Acura owner, and I recommend going to Courtesy first, and if you are doing an internet buy, DEFINITELY go there first.
