Bob is the best service rep to work with. While I understand they need to make money, I always feel as if Bob does the best he can for us. Regarding the tire purchase - I did find the tires $28 ch understand they need to make money, I always feel as if Bob does the best he can for us. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I was not attacked by a flock of salespeople upon exitng my vehicle. I was shown the car I wanted, not a car they wanted me to purchase. They did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle either. Upon agreeing to the sales figures for the new vehicle and value of my trade in, the paperwork was done quickly explained thoroughly. My sales representative, Richard St. Louis then took an hour to walk me through all the features of my new vehicle. I have received follow up contact to make sure all is well with my new vehicle. I am thrilled with the entire experience. More
