When I arrived to the dealership for an oil change on my 2003 Hyundai Elantra I was greeted by Brandon Knauss. He gave me an accurate estimate if what the expected wait time would be and the cost of the service that I was requesting. After asking if I habeen to the center before (it was my first visit) he directed me to the waiting area where he encouraged me to help myself to some popcorn or bottled water. Gary Mancuso was the Master Tech who serviced my car. He changed my oil quickly and then took the time to check the car out. He escorted me into the service area and explained what it was that he was looking for and his findings. He also gave me an idea of what the cost would be to fix the suggested issues, and a guideline as to how important it was to get them taken care of and in what order/time range. (I wanted to know what he suggested needed to be done immediately and what I could put off later.) I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain not only the importance of each of these things, but also the potential consequences of not correcting them. (Most were pretty basic maintenance issues: tires, a new belt, figuring out why my red airbag light was on, etc.) I didn't feel at all pressured like he was trying to sell me their services or convince me to buy the parts that day, which confirms the fact that I will definitely be going back when I do have the issues corrected. He was very knowledgeable, but still explained everything in a way that I could understandand didn't get frustrated with my questions (which I'm sure were a little bit ridiculous.) I know they were having a very busy afternoon, and I could see the cars lining up, but I didn't feel rushed like I have at other car shops. Gary checked all of my fluids (refilled most of them....and reminded me that I needed to be checking them myself too in between oil changes. He even showed me where to look under the hood to do that (yes, I really we that clueless when it comes to cars.) The price was roughly the same as an oil change at some of the competitors I have visited after getting coupons in the mail. The service, however, was far superior. I will definitely return for my future car maintenance and will highly encourage that my friends do as well More

Car was for my Wife and after trawling through a couple of dealers nearer home I was lucky enough to e mail Skip. Best price new (and no silly "dealer option" bumping it up - unlike Coggin) and honored tra of dealers nearer home I was lucky enough to e mail Skip. Best price new (and no silly "dealer option" bumping it up - unlike Coggin) and honored trade price (unlike Regal). Took a bit longer than I would have liked to confirm trade price, but everything else was quick, efficient and seamless. No hard sell on extended warranty etc. just an explanation and no challenge when we declined. All in all an excellent buying experience - it seems we are now a "house didvided" (Honda/Toyota), and now have excellent dealers for both brands that we will shop first despite the distance from home! More

My husband and I were looking for a new Honda Accord. We have the opportunity to deal with Sam Baradhi, he help us to find what we was looking for, very professional and did a great job! He continue in touch with us for any questions we made have. We work with the finance manager Osama Suleiman with other options that they have to offer, no push at any moment.
