My experience was great from the time I pull in at Auto Nation.. Charle Twilly was great .. attended to all my needs.. then to top it off the finance manager Garbrilel was fantastic.. he went out of his w Nation.. My car wouldn't start. Towed to dealer. They took it in almost immediately despite no appointment. Service was quick and problem found and fixed. They even washed it, al Towed to dealer. This dealership's practices are highly unethical. We initially agreed to a finance package, only to discover that the term was extended, and two extra maintenance packages were included without conse We initially agreed to a finance package, only to discover that the term was extended, and two extra maintenance packages were included without consent. Furthermore, I have concrete evidence in the form of a text message from the financier , in which he openly admits to his fraudulent actions. Despite our efforts, we have been waiting for six weeks to have the finance package removed. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More
