I made my appointment online. they had a large variety of times and options to bring my car in for service. I left it for pick up later. They checked me in quickly and I was on my way. The called within a co times and options to bring my car in for service. I left it for pick up later. They checked me in quickly and I was on my way. The called within a couple hours to tell me my car was ready for pick up. The pickup options were just as acceptable as the drop off times. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership. More

HORRIBLE. Gave over 24 hours notice for appt, checked in on day of, sat in lobby for an hour, then "SERVICE" specialist comes in and tells me they do not have the filter for my truck. Apparently service dep on day of, sat in lobby for an hour, then "SERVICE" specialist comes in and tells me they do not have the filter for my truck. Apparently service department run by toddlers. I had an extraordinary VIP service. When my car arrived I didn't have a vehicle to drive to the office. Cleber Gomes came to to pick me up at my house saving me some money on Uber.
