This dealership always delivers on its promises. We've bought four new vehicles from them in the last 3 years and can honestly say they are the best. We've bought four new vehicles from them in the last 3 years and can honestly say they are the best. More
My visit to take care of a recall for my 2025 Pilot was painless. I was told I might be there for 2 to 4 hours, but I was actually there for less than 1 hour. I definitely would not get my car serviced here. Especially, if they recommend brakes. 1000% scam. I worked for Honda dealers over the last 35 years doing clerical work that also included warranty. Especially, if they recommend brakes. 1000% scam. I worked for Honda dealers over the last 35 years doing clerical work that also included warranty. Extremely familiar with how the various departments work. My husband and I have the exact same Accord. Same year. His with more mileage. (75k) he took it in for an oil change. They told him he needed all 4 rotors and brake pads. Rotors had never been turned. Fast forward 2 months later I take mine in for oil change. The oil was changed 2 weeks prior to our move to Florida. I personally drove my vehicle down following my husband in the Uhaul that was towing his car. When I took my car in it had 45k miles. They told me I needed all 4 rotors and brake pads too. With only 45k miles on it. I never drove it. I allowed it after asking how it was mine needed all new rotors and brake pads with such little mileage. What I found interesting is that our cars were only ever touched by Honda Dealerships in Virginia. 2 of which I worked for. My brakes literally were fine on the inspection report prior to driving the car down here. I asked about turning the rotors and was told there wasn't enough metal to do so. Hmm with 45k miles ok. We kept telling them they did the same with my husbands car just 2 months prior. Seems odd to me. They said no we don't show his car ever was serviced here. At checkout I look over their CDK invoice. (Last position I held was working for CDK as a software trainer at dealerships, retired now) The vin number on the invoice was my husbands vehicle with exactly the same services. When I questioned how they could say his car was never serviced there much less brake pads and rotors applied the advisor gave all kind of excuses. As I was looking at the invoice for supposedly my vehicle which was his vehicle with his vin number not mine. Claimed he still couldn't see brakes done for my husbands car. He would add my car to the system after we left as he needed to talk to his manager. Scam a million miles away! Get a second opinion asap before authorizing any repairs. I have the original paperwork for both vehicles. Plus the paperwork for prior service in Virginia. PS Definitely DO NOT TRUST this dealership. Ms. Priscilla left a glowing review on Google 2 hours ago for the service department. She has no other reviews. Interestedly the dealership responded to her 2 months ago. So how is it possible to respond to a review 2 months ago that was just left tonight. 3 hours ago someone left a 5 star review with just a one line statement. I left my negative review 4 hours ago. Dealership definitely manipulates its Google reviews. More
Daryl and Richard the GM were amazing. They made buying my car so easy and pain free. There was no back and forth and they treated me like family. They made buying my car so easy and pain free. There was no back and forth and they treated me like family. More

Dealership tried to overcharge me for a vehicle even though I am a returning customer. Bought a 2023 vehicle was looking to trade in for a 2025. Dealership wouldn’t meet my request so I simply went to other and got the deal I wanted with no hassle. Just remember that the customer has the leverage and don’t settle for anything. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Go to other Honda dealerships aside from this one. You find a better deal More

My salesman was Sergio, finance man was Gabriel, assistant manager was Richard. Sergio ask if I wanted dent and appearance protection. My answer was no on both. He told me to sign a waiver saying I refused the offer so Gabriel would know not to charge me. When closing the deal I signed the contract believing the information was correct. Never was a protection plan mentioned. After arriving home I reviewed the contract and found I was charged for both, I called Sergio, he immediately transferred me to Gabriel. I explained the problem. Gabriel advised he could not refund the money to my credit card. I told him I could not give a good review, he then said he would refund $600. I was not happy about that, so went to see Richard, he agreed to refund the remaining amount with a check for the dent protection, and I could pick up the check the next week. I returned to the dealership, Richard couldn’t find the check said he would mail it. After 10 days not receiving it, I called Richard, spoke with Noah was told Richard was out would be back the next day. After explaining why I was calling, Noah assured me he would give Richard the message and would follow up to be sure he called me. This has been over 3 weeks. I’m sorry I can’t give a good review. The actions of these people is not acceptable. A phone call is the least he could do. Sergio’s business card had the wrong telephone number when I called, I got a church, Hoping to hear from someone soon. Nadine Fountain More
Everything went well except the fact that the financial advisor forced me to buy a $3000 vehicle protection plan for the brand new odyssey I bought. Claiming that low interest rate I got will depend upon buying the plan. So the trick is it is included in your loan even if you can cancel it later, you are still paying a monthly interest portion for it. It is sad that the dealerships try to earn profits not from selling good cars but other scams like this. More
