First let me say, I never give a 100% on any survey . .. there is always room for improvement, although I will say I had excellent service during this visit. And let me add, I have been an AutoNation/AutoWest Honda customer for almost 20 years, bought my last 3 cars through them and have never had any real issues with their service. More
