Although it was stated that I will be waiting for service in my vehicle, it took 2.5 hours for an Oil change, I wished I would have been told so I could planned accordantly, also I was asked if I would lik in my vehicle, it took 2.5 hours for an Oil change, I wished I would have been told so I could planned accordantly, also I was asked if I would like my vehicle to be washed, I said sure, when my vehicle was returned, it was not washed which for as long as it took I was hoping the vehicle would be washed upon return. Terrible. I had them replace the air bags as a recall and then do a free inspection. They completely forgot I wanted the inspection when they called and told m I had them replace the air bags as a recall and then do a free inspection. They completely forgot I wanted the inspection when they called and told me it was ready for pick up. I was told the inspection would take no more than an hour, which still fit my schedule. I arrived at the dealership and waited for 2 hours before they got my inspection finished after they kept assuring me for the past hour that it’ll be done “any minute now”. When I received the inspection report- nothing you couldn’t already see yourself. It took them 2 hours to tell me my tires were good, brakes looked ok, air filter was ok and my battery held a charge. Absolute waste of 2 hours. They proceeded to have me wait 10-15 minutes in 110 degree heat while someone pulled the car around. Never using the service department at this dealership again. Because of all this I was late for work( which I communicated to my service advisor, Andrew ). More

He was very efficient, kind, and made me feel better after experiencing a rough morning with two flat tires. I w best customer service I’ve received! I came in on short notice to have a fog light replaced on my CRV. Jim Harding was most helpful. The replacement was Timely made and the car was serviced and inspected for an upcoming road trip.
