I took my vehicle in because I needed a new master key made. They originally tried to place a new battery in the old master key. They suggested if it didn't solve my problem to bring it back to have a n made. They originally tried to place a new battery in the old master key. Brought my Civic in for 2nd regular service. Was greeted immediately by service team member and was seen by service team member within 1 minute. Service center was extremely busy. All I have to say is, $55 hose repair, $1200 bill. that’s right, I felt extremely screwed over because of the high labor cost of changing a simple AC hose. Not to mention it was right before the weekend and I had to leave the car overnight because they didn’t have it in stock. This hose was for a very common Honda Odyssey that they should’ve had in stock. Since I was traveling out of town, I had to leave my car over the weekend, which also added a super inconvenient factor. I’ve been to this dealership before for service, and I felt they did a good job, but this time I felt like I got robbed big-time. Due to this experience, not only will I not return to the dealership for any future repair, but I will also not ever purchase a vehicle there ever again. I will also not recommend them to anybody. Also, of course, as the car is getting repaired, I received multiple emails about them, wanting to purchase it back to try to sell me a new car. Already the bill being very high, I felt that this was very insulting. The representative that help me, Werner, was also not very helpful at all, as he lied about the overall potential cost. I also asked them to examine all of the doors on the car as they’ve been sticking lately, that did not get done. Also, I requested another key fob to be generated for me, also, not completed. The only response I got back was that I had to set up a new appointment. Highly disappointed in this place. More
