I have taken my ‘09 Honda Accord to Auto Nation Honda at the Roseville Auto Mall since 2009 when we purchased our car. I have been pleased with most of the service advisors who have helped me. Most recentl the Roseville Auto Mall since 2009 when we purchased our car. I have been pleased with most of the service advisors who have helped me. Most recently, Werner took care of me because my regular advisor was out I’ll; I could not have been more pleased with how he handled the appt. Even though my car has 150K miles on it, it still looks like new. I intend to keep taking it to my dealer for service as long as I own the car. More

Joey tried to screw me over and make me spend WAY more money than was necessary. When I pointed out that I didn't want all this extra stuff and wasn't comfortable ordering parts without checking that they money than was necessary. The part wasn't even broken in the end. This is why car dealerships get a bad rap! More
Prices are too high. I believe some of the service recommendations "may" be frivolous. Things are slow, people are driving less and I get the impression that Auto Natio I believe some of the service recommendations "may" be frivolous. Things are slow, people are driving less and I get the impression that Auto Nation is trying to squeeze the gonads of its customers to make up for the slow down in revenue. This could backfire. Some customers may start buying American cars. Others may start looking for cheaper alternatives and some may start working on their own cars. Staff turnover at the service center has skyrocketed. Every time we come for a service we see "ALL" new faces. More
