Staff is friendly and the service seems good. My one complaint is appointments mean nothing. My scheduled appointment was 10:10am for 15K service and tire rotation. It took almost 2 hours! Regarding James Harding. James Harding has been my service advisor for quit some time,I started with Mr. Valverde Who left for another dealership. I choose James Harding because he has been with Honda for as long as we have been driving Honda’s I remember him from your old location. Would like to praise James he is not only an advisor he has become I feel a friend, someone who I can depend on to give me sound advice and not feel like he is talking down to me.. He always tells me exactly what is wrong and the best way to handle the repairs and the cost. Which I very much appreciate. He always greets you with a smile a happy hello and always ask how I am doing. James is a wonderful asset to your Service Department . Fingers crossed he dies not retire anytime soon.!! More
