The manger of this dealership made sure my needs were met. My car was making a noise when I started it so I took it in and got some services done. When I got it back the problem was not resolved, the car met. My car was making a noise when I started it so I took it in and got some services done. When I got it back the problem was not resolved, the car was still making a noise. The manager took my car back and made sure the car was checked for other problems in order to resolve the issue. When I got it back the noise was gone and my car runs better than it did. I am very satisfied with the customer service. More

Service department is mostly full of advisors who just want to make money. Any time I brought my NEW Honda in for warranty issues over the last 4 years these guys would hassle me about how they don’t make want to make money. Any time I brought my NEW Honda in for warranty issues over the last 4 years these guys would hassle me about how they don’t make money on warranty claims if they can’t reproduce the issue. Sliding doors wouldn’t close, poor panel alignment, buttons like the traction control that didn’t work in the car from the factory. I paid for a new car that came with a bumper to bumper warranty - it’s not my concern how Honda decides to provide that coverage, or how the service department is funded through the manufacturer’s warranty. Every time they worked on my car there was an issue with panels not being put back together properly, leaving the car dirty or with black smudges on the inside, and I even found a deck of playing cards in the car. They stopped providing ANY kind of transportation even when the car was in for a recall - no shuttle, no Uber, no rentals. SAD SAD SAD! Even something as simple as an oil change - they don’t use HONDA parts! They got upset with me when I didn’t want pay to have them change my oil anymore - You’re paying for the Honda dealer to service your car, but guess what! Your oil filter is they own house brand, not a genuine Honda part. I reviewed my dashcam video from a few of the visits and I learned much about how they operate as a company. The technician couldn’t figure out how to use Honda’s push button transmission and obviously damaged my transmission by repeatedly trying to drive while shifting shift into drive with the door open, forcing the car to shift into park, grinding to a halt. I could hear the two-faced service advisor talking about how the customer (me) is a jerk for not wanting to have the oil change performed while the car was in a recall. I heard the technician talking about how the customer (me) is an idiot for brining the car in for a bad shock absorber that creaked over bumps. Don’t get me wrong - these issues were eventually addressed, but it took a lot of fighting and return visits to get it done right. I wouldn’t highly recommend you STAY AWAY from the service department of this dealership. More
