We purchased two new Hondas at this dealership in November 2016. Our experience with the sales department was good but I am less than impressed with the service department. A while back, a service advisor had a service performed on my Ridgeline I did not request. I didn’t make a big deal about it since the service would have been due on the next visit anyway and I paid for the service. I know service advisors are under pressure to service a minimum amount of products and services each month and I did not appreciate being taken advantage of. I don’t think that service advisor is still employed by AutoNation Honda. On my most recent visit, in addition to the regular service that was due on my Ridgeline, I needed to purchase a new set of tires. The service advisor (Jimmie Le) made a big deal about how the dealership was offering $50 off on the alignment and how he did me such a huge favor saving me money. I did not appreciate being treated like that. Then after my appointment, I received an email for a service appointment for our other Honda which I did not request. It was scheduled for the same service advisor. I am quite capable of scheduling my own service appointments when they are needed. If this is the way AutoNation Honda trains their service advisers, no thank you. Two bad experiences is enough. From now on, I will have my Hondas serviced at another dealership. More
