Our (Michael Sangria) and myself really were impressed when we bought the 2010 Honda Element right off of the showroom floor. The service department were all very professional and struck us both as really caring about the experience you had with HONDA! Now, as noted, you wait a long time even an hour past what was understood, there is no shuttle, no uber, and the coffee station is sad and unappealing. After waiting for ages, I walked around and found my vehicle because no-one looked to tell me and I found that the keys had already been returned to service personel, (for how long) but she hadn't gotten me yet. Then, my service receipt was stamped "wash" in red, but I reached my vehicle and it was NOT washed at all!

I came for a recall and I dealt with Theresa. She was wonderful to work with. Kind, efficient, professional and very understanding about my state of health. Kudos also the the service team who did the job faster to accommodate me. The complementary wash was a nice surprise and I fully appreciated it. So, thanks to Theresa and the whole team for a wonderful job. I will make another appointment with Theresa for an oil change. Thank you again.

Only reason for not giving 5 stars was service took twice as long as was estimated. Had appointment at 8:30 for oil change and battery replacement on my Civic. Took almost 4 hours while I waited. Brock Kec More
