I had a basic oil change. Employee who helped me must have been new because he was a little confused on pricing. He was pleasant but I could have done without a remark that he made when he asked how I wa have been new because he was a little confused on pricing. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was service took twice as long as was estimated. Had appointment at 8:30 for oil change and battery replacement on my Civic. Took almost 4 hours while I waited. Brock Kec as long as was estimated. Had appointment at 8:30 for oil change and battery replacement on my Civic. Took almost 4 hours while I waited. Brock Keck was service advisor and was excellent. Although not his fault, he kept me advised on the delay as they were very busy that day. I totally understand and appreciated his concern and his relaying information to me. Very happy with Brock and the service I received, but it seemed like they may have overbooked appointments that day. More
