Had to visit the service twice for an issue with the steering. First, they replaced the defective part. took 6 hours. After a week I need to return for the almost the same issue only to found out that a steering. First, they replaced the defective part. took 6 hours. After a week I need to return for the almost the same issue only to found out that a bolt is missing and another bolt is loose. Took another 6 hours. Don't know what or whom to blame with the issue but for a brand-new car this is not acceptable to return and spend 2 working days. Don't get me wrong, I love our Hondas just not this situation. Will still purchase another car in the future. Staff are friendly and nice to deal with. More

DO NOT GO HERE! Don’t be stubborn like I was; listen to the negative reviews. A simple oil change is too much for this dealership to handle. The oil was just as dirty afterwards, which leads me to believe they didn’t even change it. Not only that, they also didn’t tighten everything so there is a big puddle of oil on my garage floor. I called in multiple days in a row to get this fixed and the service managers are nowhere to be seen. I spent more time and money than I would have if I took it anywhere else and IT’S STILL NOT FIXED. Be warned! Drive the extra 20 minutes to another shop! More
